Job summary

Cart.com is seeking a Fulfillment Center Associate to support our Fulfillment-as-a-Service operations across warehouse functions, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

You will pick, pack, restock and coordinate with inbound/outbound processes while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and meeting productivity and quality targets. No prior experience is required; a proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
• Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies
• Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging
