Job summary

URBN Inc USA is seeking a PIT Equipment Operator for our North America distribution center. You will operate forklifts, cherry pickers, walkie stackers, and other equipment to move goods safely and accurately, maintaining product flow and quality across large facilities.

You will conduct pre-shift inspections, use RF scanners, and follow OSHA-aligned procedures, with shifts Wednesday–Saturday 5:00am–3:30pm.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Able to lift, push, pull, and reach up to 50 lbs
• Comfort working at heights up to 40+ feet with PPE (body harness and lanyard)

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and cherry pickers for vertical and horizontal moves.
• Use walkie stackers, double walkie riders, tuggers, and pallet jacks for efficient transport.
• High-bay order picking up to 40+ feet with fall protection.
• Inbound/outbound logistics: load/unload trailers, label products, build boxes, relocate inventory.
• Real-time inventory tracking with RF scanners and touchscreen systems.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and uphold URBN safety protocols.
