Fulfillment Center Delivery Driver - Oklahoma (Finance)

Serve as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service while delivering customer orders to the home. Drive a company delivery vehicle, demonstrating safe and efficient driving behavior in accordance with Kroger's standards. Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to pass an annual DOT medical exam
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
  • At least 21 years old
  • Chauffeur's license may be required in some states
Desired Experience/Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Delivery driver experience
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver orders to customers, ensuring high-quality service and professionalism.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, explaining Kroger's delivery process.
  • Drive safely, adhering to Kroger's standards.
  • Ensure timely and condition-appropriate delivery of orders.
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding delivery status.
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries.
  • Assist fellow drivers when needed.
  • Monitor and record temperature conditions to comply with food safety regulations.
  • Handle products safely, report any issues, and perform pre-inspection of vehicles.
  • Operate technology devices for navigation and customer interaction.
  • Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
