Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Center is seeking Warehouse Associate to support order processing, packing, and returns in a fast-paced environment. You will be handling inventory, packing shipments, and operating scanning equipment across multiple warehouse areas.

Roles offer safety-focused training, 24/7 site options, and opportunities to learn PIT equipment with free certification. This is a physical, hands-on position with varied shifts and 40-hour or flexible weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Understand and follow instructions in English.
• Push utility carts up to 60 pounds.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items.
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable).
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable).
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick customer orders from shelves and pack items for shipment.
• Load packed boxes onto trucks and unload incoming freight from trailers.
• Use scanners to read bar codes on products.
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks.
• Troubleshoot problems.
• Ensure product meets quality requirements.
• Some roles offer the opportunity to learn how to operate PIT equipment; equipment training and certification are provided free of cost.
