You will prioritize shipments that reflect our brand, suggest efficiency enhancements, and train team members through regular lead interactions, while coordinating with carriers to meet capacity goals and maintain high performance with marketplace partners.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management or leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience in process mapping and SOP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound or outbound teams within the fulfillment center.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Lead(s) for training and development of team members.
• Pre-plan with carriers and network to meet capacity expectations.
• Communicate performance standards with marketplace representatives.
