Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Warehouse Area Manager to lead inbound or outbound teams in our fulfillment center. This senior role sits at the gateway of management opportunities within Spreetail's supply chain network.

You will be responsible for guiding teams, ensuring shipments reflect the Spreetail brand, and driving efficiency through process improvements. This position requires flexibility for weekends and long hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of management or leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel, planning forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience in process mapping and SOP documentation.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Flexibility to work weekends and long hours during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound or outbound teams within the fulfillment center.
• Ensure shipments represent the brand and meet quality standards.
• Regularly propose process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Hold regular status updates with Leads to support training and development.
• Pre-plan with carriers and networks to meet capacity expectations.
• Coordinate with marketplace representatives to ensure performance standards are met and issues communicated.
