Job summary

Beautylish, Inc. is expanding its Fresno-based Personal.CX fulfillment center and seeking a Fulfillment Associate 1 to join a collaborative team.

You will hand-pick inventory, inspect and package orders, and prepare shipping materials to ensure fast, accurate deliveries. Expected shifts are 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri with possible overtime; you must lift 50+ pounds, have valid US work authorization, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Accurately hand-picking items from inventory.
• Carefully inspecting and packaging orders for shipment.
• Folding, preparing and assembling shipping materials.
• Meeting hourly and daily goals/KPIs for accuracy and efficiency.
• Assisting with inbound and outbound palletizing and shipments.
• Moving pallets using a stand-up forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Contributing to keeping the fulfillment center organized, clean, and safe.
