Job summary

Beautylish Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Associate 1 at our Fresno, CA fulfillment center. This full-time role (about 40 hours/week) features a consistent schedule with standard shifts 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

You will hand-pick inventory, inspect and package orders, and help with inbound/outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining accuracy and safety, meeting hourly goals, and advancing to Fulfillment Associate 2 (17.50/hr) after about 6 months,

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.
• Strong reliability and attendance.
• Able to navigate a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and improve.
• A positive, collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Accurately hand-picking items from inventory.
• Carefully inspecting and packaging orders for shipment.
• Folding, preparing and assembling shipping materials.
• Meeting hourly and daily goals/KPIs for accuracy and efficiency.
• Assisting with inbound and outbound palletizing and shipments.
• Moving pallets using a stand-up forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Contributing to a clean, organized, and safe fulfillment center.
