Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is recruiting for a warehouse associate to support daily order pulling, stock movement, and packing within a fast-paced club environment in Fort Myers, FL. You will use an RF scanner, help maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with Omni programs such as BOPIC and curbside pickup.

The role requires reliability, a team mindset, and the ability to meet productivity targets while upholding safety and club standards.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner using an RF scanner to pick orders.
• Communicates inventory and equipment issues and handles damaged/expired items per SOP.
• Works with team to replenish merchandise and meet productivity and SLA targets.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and adheres to club policies and dress code.
• Performs other duties as assigned and supports Omni initiatives (BOPIC, Curbside, Ship from Club).
