Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for a warehouse associate to support picking and packing duties in a fast-paced club environment. You will pull items from a select list, use a handheld RF scanner to verify orders, and move merchandise to staging areas for fulfillment.

Stay compliant with SOPs and safety requirements while delivering member-first service. Responsibilities include meeting productivity metrics, assisting with inventory accuracy, and collaborating with team leads to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases by pulling from a pick list.
• Operate handheld RF scanner to pick and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and replenish as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized SFC area and follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
• Meet productivity and SLA targets and collaborate with club leadership.
