GoodBuy Gear, the leading re-commerce platform for baby and kid gear, seeks a Fulfillment Associate at our Columbus-area Fulfillment Center. You’ll perform picking, packing, labeling, and shipping prep in a fast-paced warehouse to ensure accurate customer orders.

This full-time role offers a stable daytime schedule, with three-day weekends, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, parental leave, and employee discounts.

What You Will Do:

• As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll help get customer orders out the door accurately and on time. This is a traditional warehouse fulfillment role focused on picking, packing, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining an organized workflow.
• Picking customer orders, packing products safely, verifying order accuracy, labeling/preparing shipments, moving inventory, maintaining work areas, and hitting productivity expectations.
• People who succeed in this role enjoy staying active, working at a steady pace, following clear processes, and seeing measurable progress throughout their shift.

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday - Thursday; 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Full-Time applicants only
