Job summary

GoodBuy Gear, Inc. is looking for a Quality Inspection Associate for our Columbus-area Fulfillment Center to help ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining an organized workflow.

In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll work Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401K, paid time off, parental leave, paid holidays, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to order accuracy and detail.
• Ability to follow standardized picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Ability to consistently meet productivity expectations.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners, tablets, and basic warehouse software.
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple customer orders.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll help get customer orders out the door accurately and on time.
• Picking customer orders, packing products safely, verifying order accuracy, labeling/preparing shipments.
• Moving inventory, maintaining work areas, and hitting productivity expectations.
