Job summary

Staples in Shelton, CT is hiring for a part-time Fulfillment Associate. You will support daily fulfillment and last mile delivery operations inside the store, handling receiving, unloading, sorting, staging, and preparing packages for carrier pickup.

Responsibilities include scanning and preserving inventory integrity, coordinating with store leaders and carriers, and maintaining safe, organized staging areas while staying accurate under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Work with team members and store leaders to support package volume, dispatch readiness, and service needs

• Work efficiently and productively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Part Time Shift: 5am-9am daily. Must be available 2 to 3 days per week

Fulfillment Associates support daily fulfillment and last mile delivery operations within the store, including the receiving, unloading, sorting, staging, and dispatch preparation of packages to support accurate and timely carrier pickup and delivery.

This role performs fulfillment activities in a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, organization, and productivity are essential. Fulfillment Associates work collaboratively with team members, store leaders, carriers, and delivery providers to support efficient fulfillment operations.

Fulfillment Operations
