Job summary

Lubracil is seeking a dependable Fulfillment Associate for our Leander, TX warehouse. You’ll pull products for orders, pack and ship, restock shelves, and keep inventory organized in a fast-moving, small-team environment.

No prior warehouse experience is required—we train you on our systems (Shopify and Vesyl) and guide you as you grow with the team, with overtime options and a supportive, hands-on culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping preferred.
• Able to lift and move 30–40 lb regularly.
• Comfortable learning new software (Shopify, Vesyl).

About the Role

We're looking for a dependable Fulfillment Associate to join our Leander warehouse team. You'll handle the hands-on work that gets Lubracil products into customers' hands: receiving inventory, pulling and packing orders, keeping the shelves stocked, and keeping the space clean and organized.

This is a physical, fast-moving role on a small, family-sized team working directly with a team lead. There's no hiding on a team this size - but there's also no bureaucracy, and the work you do is visible and appreciated.

No previous warehouse experience is required. We'll teach you the systems.

What You'll Do

• Pull product for customer and wholesale orders

• Ability to stay on your feet and stay active for the length of a shift
• Ability to lift and move 30-40 lb boxes regularly
• Attention to detail: the right product, the right count, the right address
• Comfortable picking up new software (we use Shopify and Vesyl - we'll train you)
• Team-focused attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience
• Familiarity with Shopify, Vesyl, or similar order and shipping platforms

We know life doesn't always fit a fixed schedule. We work with our team on hours - bring your availability and constraints to management and we'll find something that works for both sides. Overtime is available for anyone who wants it.
