Job summary

Manpower, a leading staffing firm, is seeking an Assembler for a manufacturing and fulfillment facility in Wisconsin. You will perform a variety of fulfillment tasks, operate equipment like x/y gluer, wrapper, laminator, and assist in assembly to keep production flowing.

The role offers shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with pay ranging from $14 to $16 per hour plus time-and-a-half after 28 hours weekly. Training provided and opportunities for career growth. Safety and teamwork emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of fulfillment tasks including operating machinery such as x/y gluer, stitcher, wrapper, bander, and laminator.
• Assist in assembly activities like folding, gluing, forming, and kitting to ensure efficient production flow.
• Set up and adjust fulfillment equipment to meet production requirements and customer specifications.
• Print load tags for finished goods, raw materials, and work-in-progress items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety and operational procedures.
