Curio Wellness seeks a Fulfillment & Vault Supervisor to manage vault inventory and shipments across daily shifts. You will oversee cycle counts, Metrc compliance, and coordinate with Manufacturing/Cultivation to ensure accurate, secure and timely fulfillment.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to train Vault Associates in a fast-paced cannabis operation in Maryland.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry for compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, stock, and move inventory from manufacturing into vault storage.
  • Participate in daily inventory control within Vault warehouse.
  • Use ERP to transfer inventory, process shipments, and meet Metrc requirements.
  • Maintain transportation schedules and accurate order picking/packing.
  • Oversee cycle counts including monthly Field Day counts.
  • Cross-train between Manufacturing and Cultivation for Vault, Warehouse, and Floriculture.

Career Opportunities: Fulfillment and Vault Supervisor (1209)

The Fulfillment & Vault Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring Vault Associates manage finished goods inventory and preparing shipments for delivery in an effective, secure, consistent, and expedited manner. The supervisor will oversee periodic cycle counts, address Metrc errors/adjustments, issue credit forms for any fulfillment errors, and be the conduit for Manufacturing/Cultivation to receive inventory. The Supervisor will provide a direct report on the work schedule to ensure the absolute availability of staff to prepare orders during multiple daily shifts and weekends. In addition, the Supervisor will be able to perform and teach the duties and responsibilities of the Vault Associates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Receiving, stocking, and transacting inventory moving from manufacturing/cultivation into the vault storage locations or areas.
  • Participate in daily inventory control management practices within the Vault warehouse.
  • Using existing ERP systems to perform inventory transfers, select sales orders ready to process, create pick documents, create shipments, Metrc requirements and manifesting.
  • Utilize the Metrc system as required by regulatory controls to complete inventory or shipment processing.
  • Maintaining accurate transportation schedules based on assignments created by Logistics.
  • Accurately picking orders based on documents released.
  • Accurately checking orders based on documents released and physical picks.
  • Accurately packing and identifying delivery totes based on specified packing requirements.
  • Accurately storing all vault records based on retention guidance.
  • Overseeing physical inventory counts as prescribed by business policy, including monthly Field Day counts.
  • Perform any tasks related to manufacturing and or cultivation, warehousing as assigned.
  • Investigate customer complaints as assigned
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies as assigned or found during cycle counts
  • Use material handling equipment as required to perform assigned tasks.
  • Interact with Sales teams for daily order management and release or other related info.
  • Respond to general inquiries from the organization.
  • Occasionally contact dispensary customers to troubleshoot issues
  • Support cGMP within Vault to maintain certification status.
  • Maintain 5S within the Vault for cleanliness and organization.
  • Cross-train between Manufacturing and Cultivation facilities on Vault, Warehouse, and Floriculture processes.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
