Job summary

Penske is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer at our North Bergen location to greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and ensure they’re ready for the road. You’ll be the face of Penske, welcoming customers and sending them off with a smile.

No prior experience is required; we provide training on maintenance processes and our leading-edge technology, with a clear path to technician roles as you grow within a stable, benefits-rich company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Ability to pass DOT safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids, and basic maintenance.
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Participate in training and coaching to perform minor repairs and maintenance.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisor.
