Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Understand and comply with Penske safety and maintenance policies, including DOT/OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids, and maintenance items.
• Maintaining clean, safe facilities for customers and associates.
• Learning through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as tire work and preventive maintenance.
• Completing other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
