Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Ability to understand and comply with Penske policies.
• DOT requirements and safety policies must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a positive experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Help keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Learn through training to perform minor repairs like tire mounting/replacement and preventive maintenance.
• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
