Job summary

LuKe Transport is seeking a Fuel Transport Driver in Indiana to load, transport, and deliver petroleum products safely and efficiently. You report to the Transport General Manager and operate within regulatory requirements, maintaining professional relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities include driving in varying weather, completing documentation, and ensuring safe truck appearance and upkeep. Open availability, full-time, and per-load compensation model apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• At least two years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience with mileage.

• Comply with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
• Complete required documentation (bill of lading, logs, reports) accurately.
• Maintain professional appearance and communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Deliver to customers across varying weather and schedules.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

Fuel Transport Driver Responsibilities:

The Fuel Transport Driver loads, unloads, and delivers petroleum products to our customers in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. The Fuel Transport Driver reports directly to the Transport General Manager.

Fuel Transport Driver duties will include but are not limited to:

• Comply with all federal, state and local laws/regulations
• Drive and deliver products to customers during various types of weather
• Complete required documentation (bill of lading, driver logs, mileage records, reports, etc.) accurately
• Develop and maintain a professional and respectful relationship with company, colleagues, and coworkers, and customers
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, office personnel, and customers
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the truck

Experience/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Hold a valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements
• At minimum, two years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience logging at least 130,000 miles
• Must meet insurability standards
• Must meet all DOT requirements including Clearinghouse Clearance
• Walk up or down steps and have no difficulty with heights
• Lift up to 75 lbs. from ground to waist height

Hours:

The Fuel Transport Driver works full time. Open Availability is required. Flexible to work various shifts, extra shifts, and/or hours to ensure business needs are met, including the ability to work various a.m. and p.m. schedules nights, weekends and holidays.

The Fuel Transport Driver is an exempt position and is paid on a per load basis
