E.H. Wolf & Sons, Inc. and M.A. Wolf Trucking, located in Slinger, WI, is hiring a Transport Dispatcher. The role focuses on coordinating fuel transport drivers and customers from our Slinger office. We offer training for those without dispatch experience and a wage of $22–$26 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear, friendly verbal and written communication with customers, drivers and coworkers.
• Strong organization and scheduling skills.
• Comfortable learning dispatch and recordkeeping software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assign drivers, trucks and extra drivers based on equipment availability and daily demand.
• Coordinate with drivers by radio and phone; manage emergency communications when needed.
• Monitor drivers' hours of service to stay compliant with regulations.
• Review daily fuel pricing to secure best value for customers.
• Track customer fuel inventories and tank readings, manually or electronically.
