Job summary

TI Automotive is seeking an assembly operator in Indiana to build fuel tanks on the production line. You will read and follow written Operator Instructions at your station and work closely with supervisors and coworkers to ensure quality and safety.

You will record production and inspection data, operate secondary equipment or perform secondary operations, and assist with training other operators. Regular, predictable attendance and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Good computer and communication skills
• Able to stand, bend and lift for extended periods
• Previous manufacturing assembly experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assemble fuel tanks following operator instructions
• Record production and inspection data manually or electronically
• Operate secondary equipment or perform secondary operations
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area
• Train other operators as authorized
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
