Job summary

SkyMark Refuelers in Kansas City, MO is seeking a final assembly and quality testing associate for completed tanks. You will fit trays and tools, install bumpers, and fully upfit tanks according to production needs, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires reading prints, schematics, and blueprints, plus attention to fabrication mathematics and 5S practices. A high school diploma or GED is required; applicants must bring personal tools and be able to meet tight timelines

Job description

This position is responsible for the final assembly and quality testing for completed tanks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Fit and install trays and tools boxes
• Install Bumpers
• Fully upfit a tank based on production needs.
• Install sill-boards
• Clean and inspect
• Clock in/out correctly on job time sheets
• Stay within production timelines established
• Probationary period and eval for first 30 days
• Needs to have personal tools on list
• Ability to read print and follow instructions
• Follow guidelines for quality control
• Adhere to all safety protocols
• Work with the team to accomplish goals
• Other duties as assigned and as needed

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
