Job summary

Service Station Systems, Inc. is hiring a Field Service Technician in California to service fuel dispensers, POS systems, and environmental equipment. You will travel to customer sites from Sacramento, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs with training provided.

Qualifications

• Mechanical skills and ability to use hand and light power tools are required.
• Basic computer skills to operate laptops/tablets for notes and reporting.
• Reliability, punctuality and willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on fuel dispensers and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot leaks and replace components such as nozzles and hoses.
• Assist with tank monitoring and sump pump operations; install/replace as needed.
• Perform pressure testing and replace meters, filters and sensors.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues on dispensers and POS systems.
• Follow safety protocols, document work, and maintain organized vehicle.
• Travel to customer sites daily with occasional overnight stays; paid.
