HEICO Component Repair Group in the Miami area is seeking a Fuel Technician to join our team. You will disassemble, clean, repair, assemble, and test aircraft fuel system components in accordance with OEM specifications and FAA requirements.

Collaborate with Quality Control and Engineering to maintain accuracy and compliance. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on fuel component repair experience, an A&P license preferred, and the ability to read technical drawings and manuals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Airframe & Powerplant license preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of experience repairing fuel components.
Ability to read and interpret manuals and technical drawings.
Understanding of FAA regulations and airworthiness requirements.

Responsabilités

Teardown, cleaning, inspection, and repair of fuel system components.
Interpret and follow OEM maintenance manuals.
Perform testing and calibration of fuel components using test benches and specialized equipment.
Document all work performed in accordance with FAA and company requirements.
Identify parts required for repair and coordinate with Purchasing, Stockroom, or Production Planning as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Adhere to safety procedures, including handling of fuel residues and hazardous materials.
