Job summary

Menzies Aviation in West Palm Beach is seeking an operations supervisor to oversee the air carrier fueling function and ensure efficient, compliant fueling operations.

You will issue written and oral instructions, enforce safety procedures, coordinate manpower, and maintain harmony among workers while addressing grievances. Candidates must be ready for outdoor work, all weather, and lifting up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1-year certificate from a college or technical school.
• 6 months to 1-year job-related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and color blindness test.
• Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Work is done indoors and outdoors.
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions with exposure to loud noises.
• Able to continuously lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs.
