Safeway in Lahaina, Hawaii seeks a Fuel Station Manager to oversee daily operations, customer service, and retail tasks at the station. The role involves engaging with customers, supervising attendants, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

You will handle cash transactions, order merchandise, train staff, and perform regular competitor price surveys, contributing to smooth station performance in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Provide high-quality customer service in accordance with Safeway’s customer service standards and policies and procedures.
• Has limited responsibility for the scheduling and assignment of duties for other attendants.
• Access to a reliable vehicle to perform competitor Price Surveys (2-twice a day).
• Ability to provide proof of insurance based on division requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality customer service per Safeway standards.
• Schedule and assign duties for attendants as needed.
• Conduct price surveys twice daily using a reliable vehicle.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ordering, training, supervising employees, profits, all controllable expenses, inventory, cash, and shortages.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer and receipts.
• Receive and check in delivered merchandise and stock displays.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, windows, and surfaces.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming policy and company policy.
