Job summary

Energy Recruiters has partnered with a leading regional petroleum distributor to fill a Fuel Sales Representative position in Dayton, Ohio. The role focuses on maintaining and growing product sales with existing customers and developing new business in the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of sales experience in the petroleum industry, proven ability to discover and close deals, strong time management, and experience with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in petroleum or a related industry.
• Proven ability to discover, negotiate and close deals.
• Experience with CRM tools and disciplined sales processes.
• Strong time management and prioritization to meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow product sales to existing customers as well as grow new business in assigned territory


• Experience presenting to C-level executives, small to large business owners, operators and managers.


• Create sales plans and forecasts while monitoring activity to ensure quotas are met or exceeded.


• Present customer solutions using company`s product and service offerings.


• Maintain knowledge of products, market conditions and competitive activities.


• Be aware of industry trends that affect target markets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in the petroleum or similar industy industry.


• Demonstrated ability to discover, negotiate and close deals.


• Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills to ensure focus on value-added sales activities.


• Experience with the use of CRM tools


• Follow all company policies/processes and regulations for any sales actions.
