The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance/Math/Statistics or related fields and at least 2 years of experience, with strong Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing, Statistics or related fields.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL, Tableau, and Power BI knowledge a plus.
• Petroleum industry knowledge; understanding of convenience store industry.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize profitability of fuel sales under volatile pricing and market conditions.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies to achieve performance metrics.
• Provide pricing directives to stores and field management with supporting data.
• Engage with other departments to provide market performance insights.
• Track strategy initiatives and evaluate KPIs week over week.
• Oversee data integrity of the fuel pricing systems.
• Lead projects and share best practices within the pricing team.
• Communicate with store, field personnel, and management with urgency.
