Job summary

College of DuPage is seeking a Fuel Pantry Assistant to serve as a student worker in the COD Fuel Pantry. You will register new clients, assist with selecting items, and record totals in Excel.

This position requires enrollment in at least 6 credit hours for Fall/Spring or 1 credit hour for Summer, a 2.0+ GPA, and completion of COD Training and Compliance Training. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for Fall/Spring or 1 credit hour for Summer; GPA 2.0+.
• No prior experience required.
• COD Training and Compliance Training must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Register new clients for the Fuel Pantry.
• Assist returning clients with choosing items and recording totals.
• Assist with inventory tracking.
• Enter data into Excel spreadsheets for record keeping.
• Act as a member of the Fuel Pantry Team and provide feedback to improve the Pantry.
