You will work with store management to monitor budget, inventory, and compliance while coordinating with other departments to meet store goals.

The role requires strong communication, basic math proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior fuel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in preparing the store/department budget, profit and loss reviews, and take action on financial reports.
• Participate in the inventory process and monitor stock levels.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Train department associates on inventory/stocking and CAO.
