Vintners Distributors, Inc. in Union City, CA is seeking a Fuel Coordinator to join our Wholesale Team. This full-time, exempt role supports fuel operations, manages client accounts, ensures billing accuracy, and drives internal process improvements.

You will collaborate with operations, finance, and logistics to analyze data using Excel and produce regular reports while maintaining accurate digital records for compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a professional environment (fuel/logistics experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn internal systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison for fleet and dealer fuel accounts.
• Facilitate new client onboarding, ensuring seamless account setup.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
• Monitor invoicing process and analyze accounts receivable/payable aging.
• Collaborate with logistics, compliance, and finance to streamline processes.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports to support decision-making.
