Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Pontiac, IL is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer for Fuel Injector Assembly & Test on 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Mon–Fri). You will provide technical expertise across production, cost, quality, and safety for fuel injector assembly in a Fortune 100 environment.

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience is required; APQP artifacts, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams are expected. Assembly/test experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
Experience with APQP documents (Process Flow, Control Plan, PFMEA).
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot assembly equipment as needed.
Assist in process improvements for the current assembly process.
Investigate and resolve issues from first test pass failures.
Create and update APQP elements (Process Flow, Control Plan, PFMEA).
Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, manufacturing engineering, and operations teams.
