Job summary

Meridian Technologies is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support the assembly and testing of fuel injectors and related components on the production floor. You will troubleshoot equipment, validate processes, and develop APQP documentation while collaborating with Quality, Test Engineering, and Operations teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree accepted.
Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
Hands-on experience in manufacturing/assembly environment.
Experience developing APQP elements: Process Flow, Control Plan, PFMEA.
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on engineering support on the manufacturing floor for assembly and test operations.
Troubleshoot assembly equipment, test benches, and production processes.
Investigate first-test-pass failures and identify root causes.
Support validation of assembly and end-of-line testing processes.
Develop and maintain APQP documentation (Process Flow, Control Plans, PFMEA).
Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost quality and efficiency.
Analyze production data to identify deviations from standards.
Review engineering drawings and collaborate cross-functionally.
