A leading manufacturer in the automotive industry, Standard Motor Products is seeking assemblers for Idle Air Control Valves and High Voltage Switches. Responsibilities include operating assembly equipment, ensuring quality control, and training Level I assemblers. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and experience in industrial operations, working primarily Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Overall Scope
Perform all duties necessary, under the general direction of the Supervisor/Team Leader to successfully assemble, test, and pack Idle Air Control Valves & High Voltage Switches. Duties include set-up and operation of process assembly equipment, assembling component parts according to Bill of Materials, Standard Operating Procedures and Control Plan and packing completed finish good orders. Assisting Engineering with new EPO launches and /or engineering trials. Train Level I assemblers and over checking outgoing parts for quality conformance.
