Job summary

Offen Petroleum is seeking a Fuel Driver to deliver loads of petroleum products to customer locations in a safe and efficient manner, guided by dispatch. This role may require around-the-clock availability, including nights and weekends, with a weekly pattern in a commercial fleet.

The position offers a competitive compensation package, including a quarterly Driver Safety Bonus program up to $1,500 and a signing bonus for active loading cards up to $2,000.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements preferred.
• Must have at least 3 years of satisfactory driving history; fuel delivery experience not required but preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Read, write, speak and understand English proficiently.
• Ability to operate trucks with both manual and automatic transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver loads in a safe and timely manner.
• Follow Offen policies and procedures and comply with local and federal laws.
• Operate and inspect equipment including power units and tank trailers.
• Maintain logs (electronic and, if needed, paper).
• Complete delivery paperwork timely and accurately.
