Job summary

Carbon Environmental LLC is seeking a Fuel Construction Lead to manage on-site fuel system projects in Mansfield, TX. You will plan work sequences, coordinate crews, supervise installation and removal, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include reading technical drawings, conducting site inspections, and maintaining regulatory compliance with TCEQ and other agencies. You will mentor team members and support continuous improvement of construction processes.

Qualifications

• Read and apply construction plans and specs.
• Know architecture/design fundamentals for fuel layouts.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Proficient in inspection practices to ensure safety and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction/remodeling of fuel systems on site.
• Plan work sequences and coordinate crews.
• Ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
• Read/interpret technical drawings and supervise installation/removal.
• Conduct site inspections and verify regulatory compliance (TCEQ).
• Maintain project documentation and reports; manage materials/equipment.
• Mentor team members and promote a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and vendors.
