Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Fuel Department Supervisor to lead daily operations in our store. You will oversee fuel delivery, inventory, cashier staff, and safety compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to handle stressful situations, basic math skills, and a High School Diploma or GED. Experience with fuel operations is a plus, and you will train associates on CAO and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Participate in inventory processes and stock control.
• Train associates on inventory, stocking, and CAO.
• Oversee fuel delivery and documentation of fuel inventory.
• Process fuel, merchandise, and lottery sales quickly and accurately.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for Fuel center.
• Maintain tills and perform cashier duties as needed.
• Ensure safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain compliance reports and incident logs.
• Clean spills and manage Fuel Spill Reports.
• Notify management of accidents and safety risks.
