Responsibilities

• Model Customer First behavior and drive peers to deliver excellent service.
• Pump gas and assist customers at the fuel center.
• Complete daily tour and facility inspections.
• Fill out incident and security reports.
• Clean up fuel spills and file Fuel Spill Reports.
• Maintain department displays and cleanliness.
• Perform cashier functions.
• Answer telephones.
• Comply with corporate policies.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and standards.
• Promote company initiatives and emergency procedures awareness.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Handle conflicts calmly with honesty and integrity.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
