Job summary

Kroger is looking for team members to assist customers at the fuel center, operate the register, and maintain a clean and safe work area. The role requires delivering excellent service, pumping gas, and handling daily inspections with adherence to company policies.

Successful candidates will support safety, incident reporting, and cashier duties while maintaining a cooperative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with industry terms and processes.

• Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Pump gas and perform cashier functions.
• Complete daily tour and inspection.
• Fill out incident and security reports.
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report.
• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department.
• Follow safety guidelines and corporate policies.
