Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Fuel Center Associate in Worthington, OH to assist customers, pump gas, and handle cashier duties while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities

• Pump gas and perform cashier functions.
• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent service.
• Complete daily tour and inspection.
• Fill out incident and security reports.
• Clean up fuel spills and file Fuel Spill Report.
• Recover displays and maintain department cleanliness.
• Answer telephones and assist customers.
• Comply with corporate policies and safety guidelines.
• Promote company initiatives and uphold core values.
• Know emergency plans numbers and procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Handle conflicts calmly and professionally.
• Respect customer and business information; act with honesty.

Job description

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Pump gas
• Complete daily tour and inspection
• Fill out incident and security reports
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report
• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department
• Perform cashier functions
• Answer telephones
• Comply with corporate policies
• Comply with all safety guidelines and standards
• Promote and follow company initiatives
• Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures
