Job summary

Kroger in Lebanon, KY is seeking a Fuel Center Associate to assist customers, operate the cash register, pump gas, and maintain a clean, safe fuel area. You will deliver friendly service while following company policies and standards.

Key responsibilities include completing daily tours and inspections, filing incident and security reports, cleaning spills, recovering displays, answering phones, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Pump gas
• Complete daily tour and inspection
• Fill out incident and security reports
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report
• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department
• Perform cashier functions
• Answer telephones
• Comply with corporate policies
• Comply with all safety guidelines and standards
• Promote and follow company initiatives
• Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures
• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
