Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a fuel center associate in Lansing, MI. You will assist customers, pump gas, handle cashier duties, and keep the fuel center clean and safe.

You will complete daily tours, file incident reports, follow safety guidelines, and uphold the company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Responsibilities

• Pump gas and operate cash register duties.
• Complete daily tour and inspection of the fuel center.
• Fill out incident and security reports.
• Clean up fuel spills and file the Fuel Spill Report.
• Recover displays and maintain department cleanliness.
• Perform cashier functions and handle telephones.
• Comply with corporate policies and safety guidelines.
• Promote and follow company initiatives; uphold safety practices.
• Know emergency plans and procedures; respond as needed.
• Collaborate cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

Job description

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pump gas
• Complete daily tour and inspection
• Fill out incident and security reports
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report
• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department
