Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking staff for our fuel center in Owosso, MI. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, pump gas, and ensure the area remains clean and compliant with safety policies.

Responsibilities include completing daily tours, reporting incidents, handling spills, and supporting displays. You will maintain emergency procedures knowledge and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and manage cash register.
• Pump gas.
• Complete daily tour and inspection.
• Fill out incident and security reports.
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report.
• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department.
• Perform cashier functions.
• Answer telephones.
• Comply with corporate policies.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and standards.
• Promote and follow company initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures.
• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES
