Job description

Assist customers and manage cash register. Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center. Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with industry and technical terms and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Related experience in the field.
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
Responsibilities:
  • Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and promote excellent customer service.
  • Pump gas and complete daily inspections.
  • Fill out incident and security reports, and clean up fuel spills.
  • Recover displays and maintain cleanliness of the department.
  • Perform cashier functions and answer telephones.
  • Comply with corporate policies and safety guidelines.
  • Promote company initiatives and know emergency procedures.
  • Work cooperatively in high-paced and stressful environments.
  • Manage conflicts calmly and cooperatively.
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
