Job summary

Kroger at 1075 E Main St, Price, UT 84501 is seeking an on-site associate to assist customers, operate the cash register, and maintain fuel-center cleanliness. Responsibilities include pumping gas, completing daily tours, handling incident reports, and supporting safety and corporate initiatives.

Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of independent work, and familiar with store policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Pump gas.
• Complete daily tour and inspection.
• Fill out incident and security reports.
• Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report.
• Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department.
• Perform cashier functions.
• Answer telephones.
• Comply with corporate policies.
• Comply with all safety guidelines and standards.
• Promote and follow company initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures.
• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.
• Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
