• Hourly Pay: $19.50 per hour
• CDL Premium: $1.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off
• Hours: Second shift 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Three or more years of related work experience preferred
• Ability to perform tire duties and light maintenance preferred
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Customer service skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Basic computer skills, ability to understand codes and instructions
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work at different locations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fast-paced environment adaptability
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
• Valid CDL Class A preferred
• This is a DOT safety-sensitive position requiring driving Ryder vehicles; must obtain CDL within 6 months of hire and pass all required tests and checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle fuel and DEF inventories and record activity
• Keep fuel island area to standards and perform facility maintenance
• Perform multi-point inspections on inbound units
• Check and repair tires as needed
• Assist with environmental compliance and preventive maintenance
• Conduct fleet analysis and report issues
• Wash and detail vehicles and move heavy-duty vehicles
• Mentor and assist lower-level employees and technicians
• Perform other duties as assigned
