Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Guest Services team member at our travel centers in Tennessee. You will greet guests, assist with needs, and help maintain the fuel island and facilities.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Experience in customer service is a plus.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates self-motivation and reliability.
• Willingness to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Fuel island maintenance and upkeep.
• Greet guests and assist with needs.
• Empty trash cans and sweep work areas.
• Assist truck drivers with small mechanical fixes.
