Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a Guest Services role at our travel centers. You will maintain the fuel island, greet guests, assist with their needs, and help truck drivers with small mechanical fixes.

The role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn multiple roles within our centers. We value teamwork, reliability, and a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience in a similar position and knowledge of trucking equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fuel island maintenance and upkeep.
• Greet guests and assist with needs.
• Empty trash cans and sweep areas.
• Assist truck drivers with small mechanical fixes.
