Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a Guest Services team member at our Granite City travel center. You will greet guests, assist with needs, keep the fuel island clean, and help truck drivers with minor fixes. This frontline, fast-paced role centers on customer service and teamwork.

We offer weekly pay, meals, health plans, paid time off, and family leave. Flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays are required, with growth opportunities within our travel centers network.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter with motivation and reliability.
